My theoretical orientation is integrative.  Each individual and their experiences are unique so there their treatment plan must also be unique and incorporate appropriate strategies.   The therapeutic process includes humanistic, cognitive, solution-focused and behavioral therapies with an emphasis on the combined health of the mind, body and spirit.
